Founded in 2009, Guangdong Xinyuan Hengye Power Transmission Device Co., Ltd. is situated in Shijiao Town, the county seat of Fogang County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, boasting convenient transportation access—it is merely 1 kilometer away from National Highway 106 and 3 kilometers from the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. Seizing the opportunities brought by the "11th Five-Year Plan" power grid planning and the construction and renovation of large-capacity transmission lines, the company has continuously increased investment in scientific research and is dedicated to the R&D and production of carbon fiber composite technology, energy-saving and environment-friendly overhead transmission conductors, as well as special wires and cables.
As the only high-tech enterprise in China specializing in the design and manufacture of stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors and hardware fittings, our company is capable of producing 7-strand, 19-strand, 37-strand, and 61-strand carbon fiber cores, along with various specifications of stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors ranging from 95/20 to 2000/400 mm². These conductors can significantly enhance current-carrying capacity and are characterized by high strength, high temperature resistance, stable tensile strength, and slow elongation. Additionally, they possess advantages such as small sag, light weight, corrosion resistance, low line loss, and high conductivity. Covering an area of 182 mu (approximately 121,333 square meters), the company has an annual production capacity of 10,000 kilometers of stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors. The supporting strain clamps and splicing sleeves adopt an original crimping method, making them particularly suitable for critical lines including new construction, capacity expansion and renovation, extra-large crossings, ultra-high voltage (UHV), and extra-large cross-section projects.
In 2024, Guangdong Xinyuan Hengye increased its capital in Guangzhou Xinyuan Hengye Power Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. by RMB 86.2299 million through subscription. After the capital increase, it holds a 60% stake in Guangzhou Xinyuan, achieving asset restructuring and thereby inheriting Guangzhou Xinyuan's hardware fitting qualifications and project performance. As one of the first domestic manufacturers supplying transmission line hardware fittings for UHV projects, Xinyuan Hengye has long served major clients such as the State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, and Inner Mongolia Power Group. In recent years, it has provided products for over 1,000 power transmission and transformation projects at home and abroad, including those in Poland, Spain, Vietnam, Laos, and other countries. Since 2009, the company has supplied transmission line hardware fittings for 15 domestic UHV line projects, covering both DC and AC systems.
