As the only high-tech enterprise in China specializing in the design and manufacture of stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors and hardware fittings, Xinyuan Hengye has built an integrated modern production line featuring "precision R&D, intelligent production, and strict testing." Within the 182-mu production base, the production lines are scientifically laid out and smoothly connected. Relying on standardized processes and intelligent equipment, the annual output of stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors reaches 10,000 kilometers, accurately meeting the needs of high-end power transmission projects worldwide.

The production line takes quality as the core starting point and establishes a full-process traceability and testing mechanism. For core raw materials such as carbon fiber filaments and aluminum alloy rods, advanced equipment is used to conduct comprehensive screening of key indicators such as strength, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductivity. Then, refined pretreatment such as precise cutting and surface treatment is carried out to lay a solid foundation for the quality of subsequent production.

The core workshop is equipped with customized intelligent stranding equipment, which can accurately produce multi-specification carbon fiber composite cores such as 7-strand, 19-strand, 37-strand, and 61-strand. During production, parameters such as stranding tension and spacing are monitored in real time to ensure stable core performance; subsequently, an independently developed precise temperature-controlled curing process is adopted to endow the product with excellent high-temperature resistance and anti-aging characteristics.

The cured composite core is accurately stranded with pretreated aluminum alloy strands. The intelligent equipment can adapt to the needs of different cross-sectional specifications from 95/20 to 2000/400mm², realizing automatic wire arrangement and stranding. The whole process is visually monitored, and parameters are recorded in real time for traceability, balancing production efficiency and quality consistency.

A dedicated production line for hardware fittings and splicing sleeves is set up, with the core application of original crimping technology. Customized equipment works in coordination to complete the full-process standardized production from hardware blank processing, surface anti-corrosion treatment to precise crimping. It can automatically match adaptation parameters of different specifications to ensure uniform crimping strength and reliable connection, meeting the needs of important lines such as new construction and UHV projects. Each hardware fitting undergoes multiple precision and strength tests to ensure no quality defects.

The finished product testing workshop is equipped with advanced domestic and foreign equipment, building a comprehensive performance testing system. For finished conductors, core indicators such as current-carrying capacity and high-temperature resistance are tested; for hardware fittings, key tests such as crimping strength and corrosion resistance are carried out. All finished products must pass multiple tests before leaving the factory. Test data is real-time recorded into the system to form a full-process traceability file, demonstrating the factory-building policy of "surviving by quality" and consolidating the foundation of customer trust.
