Key Performance Benefits
  •  The body and keepers are aluminium alloy, the other parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.which achieves an optimal balance between lightweight design and corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life of the product.
  • It is classified into damped type and rigid (non-damped) type according to application scenarios. The rigid design is mostly adopted for jumper spacers, since the vibration amplitude in the jumper section is relatively small. This design features a simpler structure, lighter weight and better cost-effectiveness.
Product Applications:The cross jumper spacer is a key fitting in power systems, designed to fix the spacing of bundled conductors at the jumper section of tension towers. It effectively prevents conductor whipping, suppresses aeolian vibration and subspan oscillation.
