Technological Breakthrough

Wang developed the world’s highest-performance ACMCC conductor, ending foreign monopolies and setting global benchmarks. Leading his team over a decade, he created an industry-defining "Made in China" solution.

Perseverance to Success

Joining Xinyuan Hengye in 2012, Wang initiated localized ACMCC R&D. Despite 500+ prototype failures and funding challenges, his team achieved commercialization in 2015 with breakthrough equipment like the proprietary wire wrapping machine.

Global Leadership

The 7-strand ACMCC conductor delivers 2× tensile strength and 200°C operational tolerance, outperforming conventional alternatives. Subsequent 19/37/61-strand series positioned China at the industry’s forefront.

While developing the product hardware, Wang Qingming also developed software for wire design, wire installation, economic analysis, and formula design of high-temperature epoxy resin systems, which contains nearly 100,000 instructions.
